Refund Policy

All payments made to Newtonite are generally non-refundable.

Once a campaign is approved and scheduled, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, delays, or performance variations.

In case of technical failure or inability to deliver a campaign due to system issues from our end, Newtonite may offer:

  • Campaign extension, or
  • Partial credit for future use

All refund or credit decisions are made at the sole discretion of Newtonite.
